
Blueberry Pecan Cinnamon Roll Shake
This Blueberry Pecan Cinnamon Roll Shake combines raw pecans, dates and frozen blueberries with our Epic Protein : Original for a delicious superfood-empowered shake that is packed with pure, complete protein. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cold, filtered water
- 1/4 cup raw pecans
- 2 dates
- 1 serving Epic Protein: Original
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the water, raw pecans and dates in the blender for your pecan milk base.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
